Our story
Born in Tavira, built for two countries
Casa24 started with a simple frustration: finding a home along the Spanish and Portuguese coast meant juggling two markets, three languages and a dozen portals — none of which spoke to each other. We decided the border should not exist for house-hunters.
Today Casa24 lists homes from Huelva to the Algarve and beyond, in six languages, with the same rules everywhere: real photos, real prices, verified advertisers and direct contact — no gatekeeping, no fees for private owners. Our small team works a few streets from the water in Tavira, and it shows in what we build.
